Eating for weight loss without exercise


Is it possible to lose weight and burn body fat without exercise just due to what you eat? The answer is yes. It may be difficult and complicated, but you can certainly lose weight and fat through dieting alone.

How to lose weight without exercise


Now, I'm not talking about crash diets and starving yourself, and I'm also not saying that exercise and weightlifting shouldn't be a part of your daily life. However, I'm emphasizing the potency of just how effective diet alone can be if you want to lose weight.

Essentially, there are a variety of foods you can eat daily that will make it almost impossible for your body to store as fat, and as a result the weight will come off more easily. Many of these foods speed up your metabolism and give your body the energy it needs to become more proficient at fat burning. For people who like to enjoy the flavor of foods they eat, they may question how realistic these foods may be, but with the proper recipes, you would be surprised at just how much you can enjoy healthy foods without all the added unnecessary fat, sugar, and ingredients that make the flavor taste good.

All you have to do is make the investment. If you are proactive and go to the grocery store each week and stock up on only fruits, vegetables, lean fish and chicken, very low fat substitutes like skim milk and skim dairy, along with only the healthiest grains and carbohydrates, you can create meals that taste good and also make you look and feel good, while also contributing to weight loss.

Consider this daily diet, for example:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries + green tea and/or coffee with a sugar substitute and fat free cream or skim milk or a 1 egg yolk, 3-4 egg white omelet with broccoli, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes

Lunch: Chicken teriyaki stir fry with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, and spinach with 1/4 cup of fat fee teriyaki sauce over 1 cup of white or brown rice + green tea

Dinner: Fish or chicken sandwich or salad w/ wheat bread with Dijon mustard and spinach and tomato on top w/ 1 cup of all natural reduced fat chips (if sandwich)

Dessert: Fruit Salad with optional low fat ready whip (only 1 cup)

* Consume about a gallon of water each day throughout the day

It's not perfect, but it's not supposed to be. You need to enjoy your food at least a little. Anything questionable needs to be strategically designed, moderated, and measured into your diet, but as you can see, a daily diet regimen such as this is loaded with abundant amounts of nutritious fruits and vegetables with high amounts of antioxidants and vitamins and minerals, in addition to sufficient low fat protein sources.

With a diet as strict as this, it would be hard for your body to gain weight and store body fat- it is almost fat and saturated fat-free, and loaded with fiber and quality carbs. Even when you sneak in a little flavor with the dressing, mustard, or low fat ready whip, your body can use a little bit of fat, especially when the majority of the meal is comprised of natural fruits and vegetables- you just have to know where to place it.
